By filling out the registration form, the participant gives consent to EFGCP to process the data provided within the framework of the workshop and in compliance with the GDPR Legislation. This includes the following, unless registered participants object:
- All personal details needed for the applicant’s participation at the event - invoicing, participant list (not shared with other participants), Certificate of Attendance, contact about the registration, etc
- Participants Name, Surname, Organisation, and Country will be shared with the Programme Committee for statistics analysis only.
- Contact details - email, phone, address will not be shared with the Programme Committee, and will be used only within the registration and post WorkShop admin framework by the EFGCP Secretariat
Data collection and processing: Personal Data and Contact Information will be exclusively used within the framework of registration to the aforementioned event and will not be shared publicly. Collected data are stored on a secured server and encrypted. Payment data via Credit Card are encrypted and will not be stored by EFGCP, they will be processed securely by Stripe Payment System and Jotform

Right of access: applicants have a right to access and ask for changing or deleting their personal data and pictures. Please contact events@efgcp.eu to initiate this procedure.

ONLINE DIRECT PAYMENT:

Your payment will be immediatly processed and you will receive a receipt by email. An invoice will be sent as soon as possible together with the Registration Confirmation.
PAYMENT ON INVOICE:

You will receive an invoice, our bank information and an online payment link by email as soon as possible. The Zoom Connection Link used to access the conference will be sent as soon as the balance is settled.

May we ask that you process the payment as soon as possible and at least 5 days before the day of the Conference?
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing by email to events@efgcp.eu.

Cancellations made until the 13th of June 2021 are subject to a charge of 25% of the registration fees for administrative costs. From the 13th of June 2021 on, full payment will be requested and refunds will not be provided.

Replacements by colleagues, i.e. transfer of the registration at no extra cost, are much welcome.
