    The undersigned agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations set forth in the Vendor Information Sheet as set forth by the Topeka Family and Friends Juneteenth Celebration, Inc. The undersigned further agrees and understands the submission of this application constitutes a commitment to appear and show at the celebration and acknowledges that no refunds will be made for cancellation by the undersigned for any reason, especially after June 4, 2022. The undersigned further agrees neither the Topeka Family and Friends Juneteenth Celebration, Inc. Hillcrest Community Center nor Shawnee County Parks and Recreation will be responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles or merchandise owned by the undersigned during the Festival. The undersigned agrees that no refunds will be returned due to inclement weather, a natural disaster, or a vendor cancellation after June 4, 2022.

    • Vendors will be able to set - up as early as 7 :00 am on Saturday , June 18, 20 22 . (Early set - up is highly recommended . )
    • All vendors are expected to provide their own tables, chairs, canopies, tents, industrial extension cords, or generators ( quiet type ), etc. The Committee is not responsible to provide anything other than space.
    • NO ALCOHOL , DRUGS , OR WE APONS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK .

  • RAIN POLICY:

    It is the standard policy of the Topeka Family and Friends Juneteenth Celebration, Inc. to continue festivities, rain or shine as long as the weather conditions are not hazardous or unsafe for the participants.
