A critical element of the CEO Commitment to Racial Equity is making sure there are tangible measurable goals and actions that each organization can develop within their organizations to improve racial equity.
These actions can be wide ranging from recruitment, retention, leadership development, promotion, pay equity, investing in youth programs, implementing DEI training, education and more.
By cataloguing these initiatives and reporting out on success we will be able to do best track progress and tell our collective impact story.
