Fundraiser Agreement & Acknowledgment
By submitting this form, you are committing to a Little Caesars fundraiser (Traditional, Online, or Hybrid) with group delivery to a physical location if applicable.
For Traditional or Hybrid fundraisers, brochures will be shipped to the address provided above. It is your responsibility to distribute brochures to your sellers.
You will receive an email with contact information for any questions regarding due dates, order tallying, or delivery.
Your group earns $6 profit per pizza kit or other kit included in the fundraising program.
Shipping Traditional
• No shipping charge on orders of 100 items or more
• $50 shipping fee on orders under 100 items
Our dispatcher will contact you approximately one week prior to delivery to confirm the delivery date and time, when applicable.
Payment for Traditional fundraisers is due to our driver on delivery day. Online-Meal Deal fundraisers are processed electronically.
SPRING BONUS*Book your fundraiser by March 31, 2026, for a chance to win. Every twenty-five (25) Kits you sell during your campaign earns you another entry into the drawing. Open only to Little Caesars Fundraising participants who are legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and DC who have reached the legal age of majority as of time/date of entry. Must book your fundraiser by 11:59:59PM ET on 3/31/26 and complete by 6/30/2026. Profit for Slice of Giving and Bundles will vary. Twenty (20) total prizes of up to $50 in value each available. Ten (10) prizes awarded to new fundraiser groups and ten (10) to groups rebooking. Total approx. retail value of all prizes $1,000 USD. Participants may only win one (1) prize. Odds depend on number of entries. Prizes will be awarded to campaign fundraiser chair by 8/1/26. Award winners will be contacted by phone and email.
