We will register your group and mail you our Little Caesars Fundraiser Brochures! Brochures ship out on Tuesdays and Thursdays - please allow time for your start date so that your brochures will arrive on time. Distribute the fundraiser brochures to your sellers, collect orders and payment on your due date, tally and call in your order to our Customer Care Team. The more you promote your fundraiser, the more succesful it will be. Our dispatcher will call you one week prior to your delivery to arrange a date and time! We look forward to working with you!

Upon receipt of this form you are comitting to a traditional Little Caesars fundraiser with group delivery to a physical location. Brochures will be shipped to the address above. It is your responsibility to distribute the brochures to your potential sellers. You will be notified via email with contact infomation should you have further questions regarding due dates, order tallying, delivery. Your profit will be $6 per pizza kit or other kit included in the fundraising brochure. No shipping charges on orders over 100 items / $50 shipping charge belove 100 items. Payment is due to our driver on delivery day. I have the authority to contract for the organization listed above.
