Courageous Creations or Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum will not be held liable for any merchandise lost, stolen, damaged, or injury incurred during the event, this will be solely the vendor's responsibility. We will not be held responsible for the transporting of goods to/from the event. The event space is an outdoor venue therefore, the event host will make arrangements if there is pending inclement weather.
