By submitting this form, you are indicating that you authorize On Weekends, We Build to use the information that you have provided to contact you, market our products to you, send you emails regarding your account and product offers, and call and text you as we deem necessary. Submission of this online consultation indicates that you have interest and intent on enrolling into a credit repair program provided by On Weekends, We Build LLC. If you feel as though you need a live consultation before enrolling into the program and paying the amount due after consultation, stop now and schedule an appointment to complete a live consultation. By submitting this form, you indicate that you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions:
You must log in to your client portal and sign your program agreement within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of your enrollment via email or your account with On Weekends, We Build, LLC will be canceled. You have the right to cancel your selected program plan within the first 3 days of enrollment and receive a full refund. Monthly payments in accordance with your selected plan start immediately after your enrollment on the day of the month that you selected, either the 5th or the 20th of every month even if that date is within 30 days of your starting your subscription. Monthly payments will be collected via auto-draft using the card information that you provided until cancellation or graduation from this program. You will be allowed to change your payment date only once to ensure convenience. This request must be submitted at least 72 business hours before payment is to be collected. You can request this one-time change by sending a message inside of the client portal or via email to info@onweekends.online.
You must continue to pay your current bills on time. Additional late payments can be detrimental to your success in the program. Additionally, you must not authorize new inquires without consent from a credit expert at On Weekends, We Build.
You must enroll in a credit monitoring service. Again, this service is provided by On Weekends, We Build at no additional cost to you. However, you must complete the steps and instructions to enroll in the service using the link and sponsor code provided to you via email. Even if this is done for you by your credit expert, you must not change the login credentials created for your Smart Credit account. Failure to do so within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of your enrollment via email could result in the closure of your account with On Weekends, We Build.
At any time during your enrollment in this program, any disrespect or rudeness towards any staff member of On Weekends, We Build, by phone, email, or otherwise will result in the immediate closure of your account, and no refund will be issued for a full or prorated amount of your monthly fee.
You must understand that credit updates will be provided to you between every 30 to 45 days as scheduling allows. In addition to these updates by email, you are entitled to one live phone call from a credit expert per update period. This phone call must be scheduled by you online at www.onweekends.online. This free phone call is not to exceed 15 minutes. To reiterate, all live phones calls must be scheduled by you on the company's website. No staff member from On Weekends, We Build will communicate with you regarding your credit file outside of email, the client portal, or a scheduled phone call. Please note that failure to receive an update within every 45 days, by any means, is not a violation of your agreement with On Weekends, We Build.
Upon submission of your enrollment and in agreement to our terms and conditions, you will be redirected to On Weekends, We Build's scheduling platform to schedule your initial intake appointment.
You may cancel your enrollment in the program at any time by sending an email to info@onweekends.online. Beyond the first 30 days of your enrollment in the program, at the time of cancellation, only a prorated amount of your monthly fee will be refunded.
