    👉 If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We're on the hunt for a talented and dynamic junior #DigitalMarketingDesigner to join our team for a short period of 6-months. Please read carefully below our job description and requirements before applying.

      JOB DESCRIPTION  
    Overview: Assisting the Marketing team in all tasks, including social media management, graphic design, video editing, event organization, and coordination with suppliers.

    • Design and execute various creative assets, including Social Media visuals, event branding, presentations, and others.
    • Basic video editing to create reels and videos for social media.
    • Manage our social media pages on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. It includes scheduling and sharing posts and stories, replying to comments/messages/tags, and creating content when needed.
    • Assisting in event management, including the planning of the day, coordination with the team, and follow-up with suppliers, among others.

      REQUIREMENTS  

    • Currently pursuing or have finished a Bachelor degree in graphic design, multimedia, or digital marketing.
    • Proficiency with a range of Adobe Creative Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.).
    • Being young-spirited, active, always present, and super passionate for what we do.
    • Neat and fresh eye for design and modern visual trends.
    • Excellent proficiency in English mainly, and in Arabic.
    • Public speaking (speaking in front of a camera) and great communication skills are a plus!
    • Familiarity and knowledge in Entrepreneurship and INJAZ Lebanon.

    Please note that this is a junior position for a period of 6 months with a 2-month probation period and a monthly renumeration of USD400.

  • Now let's assess your writing skills!

    We have prepared a short test that will help us get an idea of your writing level & style. But before you start, please take into consideration the audience who will be reading our messages.

    At INJAZ Lebanon, we work with youth, including high-school and university students, and therefore we need to talk their language! We use a friendly, fun, and casual tone, while adding some emotions for storytelling-purposes some of the times, away from academic and formal style (except for the reports).

    --> As for the next step, you are required to submit to us a written story that will be inspired by our Instagram page.

    Simply visit our page and browse through our posts and captions, programs, youth stories, and the topics we frequently cover. This will help you select a topic that resonates with you and enables you to write about it.

    It should be no more than a one-pager (around 4-5 paragraphs) and a blog-style article following our usual tone. Please submit it through the question field below.

  • Write a project's brief that will be used as a message addressed to interested and eligible youth to encourage them to apply to this program.

    Background information:
    - It's a new entrepreneurship program. This program targets entrepreneurs who have developed their business in the past 5 years, are already operational, and have the most potential for creating jobs in their local community.

    - Unlike other entrepreneurship programs, in which entrepreneurs can be solo founders or co-founders, this program wants to promote Entrepreneurs as Job Creators. In other words, the selected projects should be social enterprises that have the possibility to GROW by HIRING different profiles of people who can be skilled/unskilled/tech-related or other.

    - The applications should come from a representative of an established enterprise that has been operational for at least one or two years and that falls under one of these 3 sectors:
    *Green Entrepreneurship
    *Education & Edutainment
    *Creative Industries

  • TEST #2

    Write a success story about one of our participants based on this video (https://youtu.be/3rhunCktEqA) that was filmed.

    Background information:
    - Elissa Wassef participated in the GIL (Generation of Innovation Leaders) program, which is an entrepreneurship program powered by UNICEF Lebanon and funded by the Kingdom of Netherlands. So make sure to mention the partners in the story as just mentioned.
    - During GIL, participants have to come up with a project idea for a potential business and pitch it in from of the judges. If they succeed, then they move to the incubation phase and receive a small seed funding amount to purchase the necessary materials to start their business.
    - This is the case of Elissa, who started her new project called 'Deer Forest.' You can know more about her and more information about her project from this video; you can even add some quotes from what she said.
