    Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 8PM (São Paulo time), 8-hour shift + 1-hour lunch.


    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    We’re seeking a proactive, goal-driven, and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our remote team as an independent contractor. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, providing estimates, booking cleanings, and delivering outstanding service through phone, email, text, and chat. You'll also coordinate with cleaning professionals to match them with jobs and ensure a smooth customer experience from the first call forward.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails, chats, and texts from customers,
    • Provide accurate estimates and explain service packages clearly,
    • Book and schedule cleanings based on client needs,
    • Coordinate with cleaners to confirm availability and assign jobs,
    • Maintain and update client and cleaner information in our CRM system,
    • Follow up with customers and cleaners as needed to ensure satisfaction and gather missing information,
    • Deliver excellent customer service, proactively solving problems and offering solutions.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus),
    • Strong communication and organizational skills,
    • Stable high-speed internet connection,
    • Reliable computer and quality headset for calls,
    • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Google Drive, CRM software, VoIP systems, WhatsApp, and texting platforms,
    • Availability to work a fixed weekly schedule (Monday–Saturday, 8AM–7PM São Paulo time, 8 hours/day with a 1-hour break).


    SKILLS & QUALITIES WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through,
    • Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment,
    • Sales-minded with prior customer service or inside sales experience (preferred),
    • Familiar with CRM tools, Excel, Slack, or Front (a plus),
    • Reliable, independent, and committed to high performance,
    • Eager to grow with a company that values your contributions.


    TECHNOLOGY & TRAINING:

    All work will be done through your web browser with access to our CRM, VoIP phone system, and texting service. We offer two weeks of paid training to get you fully up to speed before you begin working independently.
