1. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
To respect both your time and ours, any cancellations or appointment changes made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a scheduling fee equal to 100% of the reserved services. You may apply 50% of this fee toward your next scheduled visit. No-shows without prior communication will be billed at 100% of the cost of the missed visit.
A credit card can be kept on file for automatic billing of cancellations and checkout for future appointments. Please note, we do not make exceptions to this policy, including for illness.
2. Rescheduling After a Last-Minute Cancellation or No-Show
To reschedule after a last-minute cancellation or no-show, we require a scheduling fee to hold your next appointment. This fee will be equivalent to the cost of your upcoming visit and will be applied toward that appointment. If you provide 48 hours’ notice, the scheduling fee is fully refundable. However, if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not show up, the fee is non-refundable.
3. Scheduled Appointments
As we do not have kennels to safely accommodate patients beyond their scheduled appointment time, we ask that if you choose to drop off your pet, you return at least 10 minutes before the end of the appointment. If you are late for pickup, you may be asked to remain on-site during future visits. Additionally, a late fee of $5 per minute may be applied to discourage repeated late pickups.
