Friends of the Fairview Public Library Membership Form

The Fairview Library needs you! We invite your interest and financial support in assisting our local branch of the Williamson County Public Library. Please become a Friend by giving us the following information:

Friends of the Fairview Library

Dues - $10.00 per person per year (dues run per calendar year January through December)

Type of Membership* (choose only one)

active/voting (attends monthly meetings, assists with projects on a regular basis) supporting/non-voting (wishes to support library, may attend meetings but does not participate in votes, helps on "as available" basis)

*Both types of members are placed on an email list and receive all correspondence including agendas, treasurer's reports, and general updates and information.

We welcome donations should you chose to give additional funds over the dues amount or a donation without becoming a member; however, we are only able to accept donations through cash or check at this time.
