Invoice, Card, Check or Cash. You may not test until Test fees are paid and Monthly Membership is up to date. There are NO service fees for using debit or credit cards.
Please arrive ready to test 15 minutes before schedule. Candidates should have their own equipment and water. Arrive prepared. If applicable, uniform must have appropriate patches. Bring any equipment needed. Long hair needs to be neatly tied back and fingernails trimmed. No jewelery. Come prepared with sparring equipment & proper breaking material for Black Belt Test.
