INSTRUCTIONS: Each registration form contains space for one student and one adventure/camp only. If a student wishes to enroll in multiple summer adventures/camps a separate form must be completed for each adventure/camp. Please pay close attention to the grade levels for each adventure/camp so that you enroll your student appropriately. Not all camps are available to all grade levels.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please DO NOT enroll your student unless they are able to attend all dates of the camp (this is not a "drop-in"). First priority will be given to students enrolled in the city schools. Registration does not guarantee that your student has a spot in the camp. There are maximum enrollment numbers in each camp and the camp lead will notify all registrants whether or not they are accepted, prior to the first day of camp.
