Please note that the contracted event time will be enforced unless previous arrangements have been made. If we do not have an event taking place after your event, you are welcome to take your time leaving, but a labor fee may apply.

Please note that you will have an event coordinator the day of your meeting as your contact. Your event coordinator will greet your lead contact and give them a personal card. Generally, our staff will not enter the meeting room when the doors are closed, however, if your contact texts our event coordinator they can get whatever you need while the meeting is in session.

The beverage station will be set in the meeting room and the buffet will be set outside the meeting room. This is so we can service the buffet without disrupting the meeting. Again, if you need anything while the meeting is in session, please just text your event coordinator

The planner of the event assumes the responsibility that all guests attending the event have been vaccinated or have tested negative for Covid-19 within 72 hours of the event and are obliging all local policies for gathering.
