Each student residing in on-campus housing will select one of the meal plans by the end of drop/add each semester. All students will be billed for Meal Plan 1 unless a change is made prior to the end of drop/add. Each selection carries a different semester declining balance: as a student participates in food service, the plan balance, credited at the start of the semester, decreases. A student who chooses a lower-cost plan and limited meal service participation risks exhausting a meal plan balance before the semester ends and additional food purchases at the more expensive non-discounted prices. A student may reload meal plan funds at any time.
