I understand that the 10% commission on the Reef Villa Package(s) is based on the value of the package type in a Standard cabana but not any items such as add-ons, local flights, transfers and tours.

We acknowledge and understand that the circumstances and guidelines regarding COVID-19 are continually updated. We accept full responsibility for understanding any specific travel requirements that must be undertaken when traveling both to and from Belize.
We [myself and my client(s)] hereby forever release and waive our rights to bring suit against Manta Island Resort and its sister resorts, its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to utilizing Manta Island Resort’s services and premises. We understand that this waiver means we give up our right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim we may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.
