Thank you for booking your Private Paint Party with Glazed Creations ATL. Our goal is to deliver top-notch Art entertainment for your special occasion! Please read the following guidelines to ensure a great Paint Party experience.
Booking and Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to book a Private Paint Party, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the Paint Party. If the booking is less than 7 days before the event, the FULL Paint Party balance will be due at the time of booking. Deposit and payment will be done via invoice once your date and time have been accepted.
Guests: At least 8 painters are required to book a Private Paint Party. You don't have to have 8 painters, but you must pay for a minimum of 8 painters. Please reserve as close to the number of guests that you anticipate at the time of booking, the final guest count is due 7 days before the event.
Cost: The cost for a Private Canvas Paint Party is $35 per painter for a two-hour session and $45 per painter for a three-hour session. For our Selfie/ Paint-by-numbers paint parties, sessions are $50 a painter. The price includes step-by-step instructions, canvas, aprons, and all paint supplies for each painter to create the featured painting.
Location: At this time, we do not offer a venue for private paint parties. We do, however, travel to your venue. The host is responsible for providing alcohol and food.
Party Time: Party Times are booked in two or three-hour sessions. All Parties will start and end on time as specified. Please have your guests arrive 15 minutes before the event. Additional fees ($10 every 15 minutes) will be assessed if the host wants to delay the start of the party and it is not completed within the session time specified in this contract.
Cancellation Policy: If the host wishes to cancel, the host will need to submit the cancellation in an email to info@glazedcreationsatl.com at least 7 days before the Paint Party event. If notice is not given 7 days before the event date, the deposit will be retained by Glazed Creations ATL. All canvases drawn at the time of cancellation will incur a $15 fee that will be deducted from the deposit.
Glazed Creations ATL will make every effort to keep the event date as agreed; however, we reserve all rights in unforeseen circumstances to cancel or postpone the Private Party. In the event this occurs, the host will be notified as soon as possible, and all funds and deposits paid will be refunded.
