Thank you for booking your Private Paint Party with Glazed Creations ATL. Our goal is to deliver top-notch Art entertainment for your special occasion! Please read the following guidelines to ensure a great Paint Party experience.

Booking and Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to book a Private Paint Party, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the Paint Party. If the booking is less than 7 days before the event, the FULL Paint Party balance will be due at the time of booking. Deposit and payment will be done via invoice once your date and time have been accepted.

Guests: At least 8 painters are required to book a Private Paint Party. You don't have to have 8 painters, but you must pay for a minimum of 8 painters. Please reserve as close to the number of guests that you anticipate at the time of booking, the final guest count is due 7 days before the event.

Cost: The cost for a Private Canvas Paint Party is $35 per painter for a two-hour session and $45 per painter for a three-hour session. For our Selfie/ Paint-by-numbers paint parties, sessions are $50 a painter. The price includes step-by-step instructions, canvas, aprons, and all paint supplies for each painter to create the featured painting.

Location: At this time, we do not offer a venue for private paint parties. We do, however, travel to your venue. The host is responsible for providing alcohol and food.

Party Time: Party Times are booked in two or three-hour sessions. All Parties will start and end on time as specified. Please have your guests arrive 15 minutes before the event. Additional fees ($10 every 15 minutes) will be assessed if the host wants to delay the start of the party and it is not completed within the session time specified in this contract.

Cancellation Policy: If the host wishes to cancel, the host will need to submit the cancellation in an email to info@glazedcreationsatl.com at least 7 days before the Paint Party event. If notice is not given 7 days before the event date, the deposit will be retained by Glazed Creations ATL. All canvases drawn at the time of cancellation will incur a $15 fee that will be deducted from the deposit.

Glazed Creations ATL will make every effort to keep the event date as agreed; however, we reserve all rights in unforeseen circumstances to cancel or postpone the Private Party. In the event this occurs, the host will be notified as soon as possible, and all funds and deposits paid will be refunded.

Purpose*

This agreement contains the entire understanding between Glazed Creations ATL and the Host/Client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add to or change this agreement is to do so in writing, please click to check each term.

Booking Reservations*

Upon your signature as Host/Client, Glazed Creations ATL will check availability to reserve the date/time above, and will not book another event for that date/time. For this reason, the Deposit is non-refundable, unless the event is canceled in writing as outlined above. The Deposit is to be paid at time of signing the contract and is applied towards the contracted Paint Party total cost. Host/Client understands and agrees that the entire balance owed for the Paint Party total cost described in the contract is due 7 days before the day of the event. Host/Client agrees if the balance is not paid by this time, Glazed Creations ATL will not hold event, with a loss of Deposit by Host/Client and no liability to Glazed Creations ATL.

Cooperation of Guests and Other Service Providers*

The Host/Client is responsible for the conduct of the guest and coordination with other service providers as necessary to organize your event as scheduled. The Host/ Client should share the Paint Party schedule with other service providers to make sure that there are no conflicts with times. Glazed Creations ATL and its employees will not tolerate verbally or physically abusive behavior. Unchecked guest conduct that interferes with the Paint Party instruction will seriously affect the quality of experience that Glazed Creations ATL strives to provide. If the Host/Client is unable to control the conduct of guests or if the conduct of any event guest damages any of the equipment of Glazed Creations, it will result in the early or immediate end of the event and departure of Glazed Creations. The Host/Client understands that in such an event, no refund will be given.

Deposit and Payment*

The Host/Client agrees that the Deposit is required at the time of signing the contract and the outstanding balance is due 7 days before the Paint Party Event. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the balance. There is a $30 charge to the Host/Client for payments returned by the bank for any reason. Payment must be remitted by invoice.

Acknowledgement of Host/Client*

By signing this contract below, I the host/client acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms of this contract. I further acknowledge that I must pay for the minimum number of attendees required and will be charged accordingly. Glazed Creations ATL., LLC will not be responsible for liability of guest behavior and safety, or safety in relation to the consumption of food or alcohol. My credit card or method of payment will be charged according to this contract.
