1. Can the Secretariat send me the certificates by post?
If you wish us to send you the certificates by post, you may choose to
(i) send us an A4-sized stamped return envelope or
(ii) receive the certificate by cash-on-delivery service.
You may refer to the email or our website for details.
2. Can I collect the certificates after the collection period?
Uncollected certificates will be destroyed any time after the collection period. However, if you have any special reasons for being unable to collect the certificates or authorise someone to collect, please email us and describe the situation.
3. I had submitted my form some days ago and realised later that I wouldn’t be able to make it on the selected date. What should I do?
Please re-submit the online form and select a new date of collection and time slot. While we understand the changes in schedule and such, multiple attempts at changing the collection appointment are not encouraged.
Please note that you should schedule a collection appointment at least 2 days in advance. We appreciate your understanding.
