    • PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: Here, the photographer will be required to provide the following services as ordered by the client which is covering the wedding of the client and no uncontrollable factors such as weather, time etc will stop him from covering the event and most provide a quality job to the client. I, the client understand that my wedding is not confirmed until the retainer of 65% is paid. Tardiness of my wedding will not delay my wedding. My wedding will remain within the scheduled time frame. Any cancellation I will give photograher prior to 2weeks notice. Retainer amount of 65% of the total amount is unrefunded even after cancellation of contract. completion of the total amount most be paid at most 1weeks after the wedding, other wise could loose the jobs. The agreement explicitly detailed above hereby represents the entirety of the arrangement between the parties and hereby overrides any previous or existing agreement, contractual or not, that may have been in place prior to the agreement of this contract. No additional clauses will be binding unless agreed upon by both parties.

    • PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not confirmed until the retainer is paid. Weather cancellations will be made at the photographers discretions. Tardiness of my session will not delay my session. My session will remain within the scheduled time frame. If I need to reschedule I will givev contact prior to 48 hours notice of said reserved session date, otherwise I forfeit transfer of my retainer for a new session date. I will do best to reschedule my session within 2 weeks of original session date. I cannot always guarantee an available date two weeks out but will try my best to accommodate photographers schedule.
