    Many roles at West Side include some level of oversight of kids and students. To maintain a high level of transparency, and to ensure safety, please answer a few questions about your personal history.

    Answering “yes” does not mean you will not be able to work with kids or students. These questions are not designed to offend or pass judgment, but rather to create an environment where a person can move forward in confidence knowing their past will not hinder their ministry.
