If you are making a booking as a representative from a company ie body shop, Arbonne, Usbourne books, sentsy etc we are only enabling one stall per company so please email goudhurstclub@gmail.com to check your brand is not represented before submitting your booking form. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT STALLS SELLING HOT FOOD OR ANY DRINKS.
All stall holders must have valid public liabilty insurance, please confirm that you have a policy that is valid on the date of the event

Stall fees are £10.00 for club members (plus a donation of a prize to the raffle) OR £15.00 for non members plus a donation of a prize to the raffle which will be drawn during the event. Please indicate your stall fee. Stall fees will only be refunded if the the club cancels the event

Return of booking form and payment is required in order to allocate you your stall. Please make payment for your stall via BACS to the following account: Goudhurst Ex Servicemen's Club (BARCLAYS BANK) sort code: 200262 account no: 20342688 Please use the payment reference 1707 followed by your surname. We are unable to allocate you a stall without your stall fee payment. Please confirm your payment reference in the box below.
The event runs from midday - 4pm Saturday 17th July 2021. You will be able to access the venue to set up from 11am. YOU WILL NEED TO SUPPLY YOUR OWN TABLE. We supply space for a 6ft x 2ft (table approx). Stalls will be indoors and outdoors. If you have a preference for you table location please indicate below, if you have an outdoor table you are welcome to bring a gazebo. Please note while we endeavour to accommodate your request if all outdoor / indoor table spaces are allocated when we receive your booking we will put you into the area with space remaining.
