Boundaries and limitations are a good thing for pups and "puppy proofing" your home will set your Frenchie up for success (ex.: keeping puppy off of difficult to clean carpeted areas until fully housebroken, restricting access to high up places the puppy might jump from without supervision like couches and beds, baby gates to block entry to stairs, keeping door closed to areas the puppy isn't allowed, picking up kids toys from the floor, storing remotes and phone chargers out of reach, etc.). Even still, all puppies nip/jump/chew/have toilet accidents sometimes. Do you feel you could be understanding and patient with your pup as they learn the rules of your household and what is expected of them?
