  • Performance times will range between 5-15min sets depending on the number of dancers and type of dance being booked. Booking quote will be determined based on number of dancers, location of the event, travel time, travel fees, parking fees. Event bookings will require a 50% deposit to secure your date with the remaining 50% to be paid 7 days before your event. Any cancellations or reschedules will forfeit your deposit. The dancer has the right to cancel any performance at the Event if circumstances are deemed unsafe due to risks, hazards, obstructions, crowd control, or weather conditions. Terms of the partnership include: Complete this form and sign our booking agreement once your booking is approved. Include our handle (@bellafuego) on all relevant event promotional material and social media mentions. Forward any media footage of the event in full resolution and share media teams contact details. Please support our dancers for the event by including a venue walk-through on arrival, food and refreshments, clear communications, safety requests and time checks. If you have any questions, feel free to contact info.bellafuego@gmail.com
