Although everyone is performing an identical workout structure, a participant's specific exercises will vary depending on fitness level and adaptive needs! As a result, to get the most out of your session, please bring someone to assist with your repetitions, sets, scoring and teamwork.
If you are unable to bring someone to assist you with your work out this will have an affect the quality of your/group session. We will always do our best to provide assistance, we may be able to organise volunteers however due to group size this may not always be possible.
