Equal Ops: Functional Group Training

6-Week Training Cycle:

Thank you for joining us on one of Australia's first Adaptive group training programs! In order to support and continue the emergence of this service, we are offering 6-week block participation at a reduced PT rate of $180 ($30 p/apt) - 100% subsidised by the NDIS.

We have limited places of a maximum of 8-Participants per class. However, if classes are full, you will be placed on a waitlist pending availability. Invoicing will not be processed until your 6-week cycle is complete.

Equal Ops: Prerequisites

#1 Support Workers

Although everyone is performing an identical workout structure, a participant's specific exercises will vary depending on fitness level and adaptive needs! As a result, to get the most out of your session, please bring someone to assist with your repetitions, sets, scoring and teamwork.

If you are unable to bring someone to assist you with your work out this will have an affect the quality of your/group session. We will always do our best to provide assistance, we may be able to organise volunteers however due to group size this may not always be possible.

#2 Health Screen

Prior to commencement, submission of a Sporting Wheelies Health Screen is mandatory for all participants for general gym access and group classes. #3 NDIS Service Agreement

#4 Payment

An invoice for $180 will be sent at the end of the 6-week period to the email address nominated on your service agreement.

Please note:

Each 6 week period consists of 6 sessions. If you participate in both Tuesday and Saturday you will be invoiced for 2 x 6 week periods.

All outstanding accounts must be settled prior to commencement. Cancellations do not constitute a refund, however you may sign up for a make-up session if space is available. No refunds are available for this service. Cancellations accompanied by a medical certificate will be considered for exemption and may be compensated with an account credit. All cancellations MUST be made in writing or via phone-call - with as much notice provided as possible.

Sporting Wheelies reserves the right to alter Equal Ops: Functional Group Training rates and training-pack durations in future iterations, if necessary without notice.
