    Any four or five year olds entering Kindergarten are welcome at our Kindy Camp or Vacation Bible School (VBS) Start The Party!

  • Emergency Contacts/Authorized Pickup

    Parents cannot be listed as emergency contacts. List the name of at least one person who can be contacted in the event of an emergency or illness if you cannot be reached. Any person listed should be able to assist in contacting you. They are also authorized for pickup at the end of day camp. The first emergency contact must live no more than 1 hour away and be over the age of 18.

    By signing below, I confirm that I am the parent/guardian of the camper. I have full authority to make the following representations and agree that: The Camp Director may dismiss any camper when it is deemed to be in the best interest of the camper or camp. - Camp officials have the authority to act on my behalf in the event of an emergency and/or special medical treatment. In such a situation, I understand that the Camp Director will attempt to notify the parent(s)/guardian(s) or other emergency contacts noted in this application as soon as possible. - I will pay for all costs associated with any necessary prescription drugs and /or special medical treatment (including ambulance costs). I hereby release The Salvation Army and all organizations and persons associated with it from any and all claims relating to any loss, injury or damage sustained by my child and/or his/her property.

  • Please note that a fee of 60$ will be due at registration on the first day of all day camp programming. A fee of $50 will be due on the first day of all UPWARD Soccer Programming. This is payable only through cash/cheque or etransfer.  Cheque can be made out to: The Willows Church of The Salvation Army. Please call the office at 604-510-2628 and ask to speak to Andrea to make a request for subsidy if needed.
