Section I: Responsibilities of Showcase
1. Post the Hotel information, room rate and policies on Showcase website
2. Upon selection of Hotel by the participating team/guest, Showcase will book the quest into a block and send the Team Manager or Coach a customized agreement requiring them to:
a. Sign and return the agreement
b. Provided with a deadline to secure their rooms from the Hotel block
c. Book each of tthe guest rooms using Showcase website portal, guaranteeing each reservation with a credit card.
d. Submit any reservation changes or cancellation through Showcase website portal
e. Adhere to Showcase cancellation policy thereby adhering to the Hotel’s policies on team and individual cancellations.
3. Upon the deadline of each team that has requested the Hotel, Showcase will submit, via email, a rooming list to be confirmed by the Hotel. Any rooms not picked up by any team for this Event, will drop off after the deadline for this block
4. The deadline to submit rooms to the Hotel for this block is: January 17, 2023
5. Submit a link to the Hotel for submission of “pickup” report after the Event is finished
6. Showcase will issue an invoice for commission and rebate payments
