TFAC Financial Assistance Fund Application
The purpose of the TFAC Financial Assistance Fund is to provide TFAC members with up to $200 per budgetary year in financial assistance. This is a pilot project that began during the start of the COVID pandemic in order to support members and was renewed for a third year at the March AGM. This fund will be adjudicated once during the Fall 2023 term. The deadline to apply is October 31st 2023.

Who is eligible? If you are a woman, trans, non-binary, and/or gender non-conforming member of CUPE 3903 you are a member of TFAC.
Maximum Award: Each TFAC member is eligible to receive a maximum of $200 per budgetary year. The TFAC Financial Assistance Fund has a pool of $16,500 dispersed among the applicants.
Response: The adjudication committee will aim to meet within two weeks of the deadline to process applications. The committee will be composed of three TFAC rank-and-file members elected at a general TFAC meeting.
Appeals: Members are asked to reply to the email received and request an appeal. All appeals will be handled by the TFAC co-chairs.
