    1) Payment must be received at least 3 days before your pick-up date for your order to be confirmed.

    2) Please make your payment via Paynow or PayLah! to 98432653 & send the screenshot via Whatsapp or Messenger. We will acknowledge/confirm upon receipt.

    3) Self-collection at Blk 128 Pending Road only.

    4) Please be punctual for collection as we are unable to extend the storage time for more than 15 minutes due to limited fridge/freezer space.

    5) You will receive a pdf file on the Step by Step on how to bake the cookies upon receipt of payment. Please contact us if you don't receive it within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
