Phew! A form that's made for humans!

Just spend a couple of minutes answering these holistic questions so we can dial in your needs. Only answer questions that you have a solid feel for and feel free to skip others!

We're visual people so if you have any images, files, or even google photos, upload them in this form.

You may find a question or two you hadn't thought about. That's great! Many people use this as a tool to thoughtfully navigate their projects.

Take notes! The sooner you engage with and answer these questions, the smoother your project will go whether you work with us or not. At the very least, you'll look like an experienced project manager! Enjoy!

We've got some additional notes below to save you time.

    Thanks!
    Leiman and the Nonstop Team

To our returning clients: We appreciate you! Feel free to use this for re-orders or new requests and skip areas you think aren't worth answering.

If it's your first visit and you want to print really low quantities: You will be able to proudly gift what you make with us. You will be able to proudly showcase it at an event or bookstore. You can rely on us for that important meeting. You'll also be able to save time on shooting close-up photos and post them on IG too. Our overall project minimum is $250.

If you are comparing us to overseas printers: We will typically be several times more expensive than those options since we're a boutique printer located in the creative capital of the world (Hollywood, Los Angeles). We're strong at reverse engineering someone's needs and obsessing over the final product.  This approach is costly because we produce each job independently to maintain a high amount of attention. Printers that are extremely cost competitive typically batch print with high automation or they're overseas and have significantly lower labor costs and less regulation.

As a boutique printer, we don't have standard turnaround times. We navigate projects and options according to your event/activity deadlines. More time = more options. Feel free to share a link to the event/activty/business this is for as well.

All physical products have strengths and weaknesses depending on the final intended environment. Our job is to be transparent so you can make the best decision possible. Answering this question will be one of the greatest determinants of a successful project. The more info here, the better.

We don't provide graphic design services, so we'll need print-ready files to process your order. Making good products is a team effort and playing phone tag to speak about technical jargon is a recipe for a challenging project. As soon as you're comfortable working with us, connect us with your graphic designer.

This helps us get a much better idea so we can get you ballpark pricing ASAP. These files will only be used to help us quote. We always send proofs before we print any file. We're visual people so we love pictures to help get a better idea of what you want to make. Even rough google photos are totally fine for now.

Production turnaround does not begin until we have full print-ready artwork approval and full payment. The best way to expedite this process is to get us in touch with your graphic designer so we can iron out technical details and get the best-looking product.

We're nearly finished! We've found that the toughest part of making physical things is that we all come with hopes, expectations, assumptions and worries. Feel free to share them here so we can do our best to take care of you.

We're more of a boutique shop for people that can't find what they're looking for online or overseas. If you're comfortable, let us know what you're hoping to spend (No judgment here! We all need to make money!). With that hopeful range, we'll see if we can find a creative solution for you or provide advice on where you may want to go to accomplish your goals.
