1. No Cancellation or Refund. Please note that once the form is filled and payment is completed, no cancellation or refund will be permitted.

2. All meals are prepared freshly and delivered on the same day. A freeze option on the meal plan chosen can be provided with at least 1 days' notice. This option can be utilized twice during the period of the meal plan.

3. Any amendments in delivery address for the meal plan needs to be communicated with 1 day prior notice.

4. All reasonable efforts will be made to ensure meals are delivered within the time slot chosen unless there are exceptional circumstances outside of Healthy Lab's control.

5. All details and dietary requirements need to be filled in accurately. Healthy Lab is not liable for any mistakes made in the meal plan request form.

6. Healthy Lab endeavours to provide meal plans as per chosen dietary requirements and preferences, however will not be held liable for any personal injury unless caused by its gross negligence.
