    To ensure timely fulfilment of User Leaving Requests:
    - Please allow 2 business days for User Leaving requests. Rush requests may be subject to additional fees, for rush requests in the event of a hostile termination complete this form and call us on 01452 491080.
    - Agreements will be updated to reflect changes upon processing of this form which will come into effect in your next billing period or if in a commitment period will come into effect at the next update opportunity.
    - On the leaving date provided we will block sign in for the user's account, sign out any active sessions and change the account password.

    - Please completely fill out the following form in order to assist us in quickly and accurately processing the leaving of the user for your company. Missing information may result in a delay to the fulfilment of the request.
    - If any custom requirements are needed, please fill out the custom fields in the appropriate area
    - A team member may be in contact with you to confirm requirements and/or clarify missing information.

  • This requires the user's devices were licenced and enrolled in a management software that allows the remote wiping of data. If the user was not licenced and/or devices were used without management software we will not be able to remotely wipe the data.

  • Select Yes if this user termination is not known within the company. With sensitive terminations we will not discuss any operational elements with other contacts such as equipment and access until informed otherwise. If any any requests are made in the period prior to termination we will act unaware.
