IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

To ensure timely fulfilment of New User Account / New Computer Requests:
- Please allow 2 business days for New User Account Creation requests if only a new account is required, if existing hardware requires setup or reconfiguration please allow 5 business days. Rush New User Account Creations may be subject to additional fees.
- Please allow 10 business days for New Computer requests. Rush New Computer Requests may be subject to additional installation and shipping fees.
- Agreements will be updated to reflect your new user count upon processing of this form

- Please completely fill out the following form in order to assist us in quickly and accurately setting up a new user for your company. Missing information may result in a delay to the fulfilment of the request.
