This agreement is made and takes effect on date indicated below between the not for-profit organization hereafter called "Masjid Ibn Taymiyyah West Philadelphia" and (contrator), hereafter called "________________________". Witnesseth: 1. The organization hereby contracts______________________ for a term commencing on the date of this agreement and Contractor hereby accepts such agreement. 2. During the Contractor's service he/she will: A. Devote such time and effort as may be reasonably required by the organization to perform his/her duties. B. Not engage in any other services or business activity during agreed upon hours. C. Perform such duties as may reasonably be requires of him/her by the organization. 3. For services rendered by the Contractor, Masjid Ibn Taymiyyah shall pay him/her as follows: A. The agreed amount starting at $12 per hour up to $37.50 depending upon experience, the level of importance & financial wellness of organization. B. volunteering to provide service. C. an agreed amount between both parties for event/activity 4. Contractor agrees that during his/her term of service by the Company and for a period of one year after termination of such service, he/she will not act as a contractor, agent, broker, shareholder, or otherwise engage in any business selling products similar to those customarily provided by Masjid ibn Taymiyyah within the State of (PA). 5.Contractor understands that he/she will acquire confidential information of business value to the organization during the course of his/her service. Contractor hereby agrees not to divulge such confidential information to any other party, or to use such information for his/her own profit except in performance of service activities beneficial to Masjid Ibn Taymiyyah. 6. This agreement is an service-at-will agreement. Masjid Ibn Taymiyyah may, at any time, with or without cause, discharge the contractor by giving him/her written notice of such discharge. 7. Cntractor's service shall terminate upon his/her death; inability or failure to perform the duties required by his/her service; or his/her written notice of resignation given to the organization. 8. Following termination of service, all obligations under this agreement shall end except for the provisions of items 4 and 5, and any causes of action which may arise from the circumstances of the termination. 9. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Masjid Ibn Taymiyyah and Contractor. 10. This agreement shall be interpreted and, if necessary, adjudicated in accordance with the laws of (Philadlephia, PA). 11.
