  • Perception Funding and Give Transform Weekly Deposit details and agreement.

    You'll receive your donations via direct deposit every Friday for gifts received the previous Wednesday through the current Tuesday. This occurs because we update all financial records on Wednesdays and it takes 2 business days for a direct deposit to reach your account. There are two exceptions: 1. Bank and business holidays - the direct deposit company we use takes two business days to deposit funds. If a bank or business holiday falls during your scheduled deposit it will be delayed until the next regular business day. 2. We will do an additional deposit within 2-3 business days from the 1st of the month in order to close out the previous month for our systems to balance. Our maximum direct deposit is once per week so depending on where the 1st of the month falls your deposit for that week may not be a Friday.

    This is all contingent on donations being marked "Settled" within your Give Transform account. Donations that are still marked "In Progress" will be deposited at a later date once they're marked "Settled." Note, we reserve the right to make changes to this policy based on pricing changes that occur with processors and timing changes that occur based on processors.

    Our staff at Perception Funding and Give Transform all care deeply about our Ministry Partners and their missions. We hope that you will view our staff as your staff and we can work together to grow your ministry. Please keep in mind that we are humans, we make mistakes, we take days off, we rest, and we have family vacations. With this being said, there could be up to three times a year that you don't get a weekly deposit but we will let you know at least 7 days ahead of time and work with you to re-schedule accordingly. We, Perception Funding and Give Transform and/or you (Ministry Partner listed below) reserve the right to terminate this agreement with a minimum of 30 days' notice.
