Divisions: Open, Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23, Sub-master 35-39, Master 40-44, 45-49, etc
Weight Classes: Men: 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, 308, 308+ (SHW)
Women: 97, 105, 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 198+ (SHW)
Rules: One-piece singlet must be worn, as a minimum for all lifters. Underwear must be "V" type legless aka "tighty whities", or jockstrap. No compression shorts or spandex allowed.
Raw division: requires a one piece singlet, and allows 4 inch wide buckle or lever belt (No velcro belts or padding on the inside of the belt), wristwraps can be up to 1 meter, and single layer kneesleeves. Over the calf long socks required for the deadlift for all lifters.
Classic Division: Is raw except it allows up to 2.5 meter kneewraps for the squat.
Single Ply rules: Single-Ply squat, bench, and deadlift suits only! No velcro straps on the squat/deadlift suit. Velcro is allowed on the bench shirt, but must close the back completely- no open back shirts. No velcro straps allowed on squat or deadlift suit. No support briefs allowed in single ply.
Multi Ply rules: Multi-Ply division allows multi-ply squat, bench shirts and deadlift suits along with open back shirts and Velcro straps for the DL suit. Mono lift will not be used. Multi Ply lifter must walk out of an ER Rack.

A 30kg bar and collar set will be used for all squat and a 25kg bar and collar set will be used for bench and deadlift.
Schedule:
Early Weigh in/Gear Check - Friday 6/5, 9:00AM-11:00AM evening early weigh ins will be 4:30PM-6:30PM at the meet venue

Rules Briefing/Warm Ups: Saturday, 8AM
Lifting Begins: Saturday, 9AM
Awards:
Open: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class/age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class/age group
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class/age group
Best Lifter: Any Division with 5+ lifters will receive a certificate and award.
Entry Fee: $100per lifter, add $30 if entering additional division (Open + Juniors = 2 awards)
Payment: Payment of entry fees will be done via PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal to submit your entry after completing your registration details. Entries will not be considered final until your payment has been received. **See Refund policy below**
Registration Deadline: May 1st, 2022. There will be a $25.00 late fee after this date. No entries will be accepted after May 10th, 2022.
