VENUE LICENCING - SCHEDULE OF FEES
Motorcycling Victoria will complete an annual audit of the fees, charges and processes relating to Venue Licencing. The 2025 Venue Inspection will be a “major” inspection for all tracks, and the fees can be seen below:

1.Major Inspection - Inspection Fee ($800 +GST for 1st Track, $200+GST per additional track)

Covers the initial costs associated with processing the Application, organising the Track inspection and costs incurred for the reports to be written and submitted.

2.Track Licence Fee (per Track)($250 +GST)

An updated Venue Licence is issued once the Track Inspection is complete and report clear from any TRA’s. You will be invoiced when the new Venue Licence is issued.

3. Re-inspection fee ($300 + GST plus travel)

Charged only if it is necessary for the Track Inspector to go back to the venue to re-inspect.
In line with current Manual of Motorcycle Sport, Motorcycling Victoria as the State Controlling Body of Motorcycle Sport in Victoria, is responsible for the inspection and licencing of all Venues hosting Motorcycle sport events under Motorcycling Australia Permits.

All Motorcycling Victoria Venues must have the current Venue/Track Licences on display at the venue.

Track Operators are encouraged to refresh their knowledge of the Track Standards each year to ensure they understand the requirements and expectations of them as operators of a Motorcycling Australia Venue.

Supporting Documents In line with point 3.6.2 - It is the track operator’s responsibility to provide the appropriate documents and or information necessary for the track inspector to complete a report. Track Operators are encouraged to refresh their knowledge of the Track Standards each year to ensure they understand the requirements and expectations of them as operators of a Motorcycling Australia Venue.*
