    Monthly tuition is based on a 35-week year (September-June). AAS is closed on most school calendar holidays/recesses. The average lessons per month are 4-8. In the long months, it will be 5-10 lessons and in the short months, it will be 3-6 lessons.  The tuition is the same each month

  • TUITION

    All payments are processed by pre-authorized CREDIT CARDS (NEW: CC TRANSACTIONS SUBJECT TO 3.7% Surcharge) or VENMO @Norma-Vetell /ZELLE: info@allaboutspanish.org /CHECKS/CASH on the 1st week of the month.Tuition is NEVER PRO-RATED or REDUCED for ABSENCES, SICKNESS & VACATIONS. The undersigned parent or guardian accepts responsibility for all tuition payments for the school year. There will be a $10.00 service charge per month for any tuition not paid in the month due! We are sorry, but there are no exceptions. There will be a $35.00 service charge for checks returned unpaid by the bank. Tuition will be PRO-RATED for New students who start a later date.

  • DISCONTINUING LESSONS

    I understand that a class space is reserved for each student. If my child/ren discontinue there will be a CHARGE for classes ATTENDED or UNATTENDED up to 14 days AFTER a withdrawal letter is given to AAS indicating date of notice and the last date my child/ren will attend our program.

    ****Please note that “14-days” represents 2 weeks tuition**

  • MAKE-UPS

    Classes can be re-scheduled with 2 weeks notice or cancelled last minute due to unforeseen circumstance (only 2 allowed/year.) Only 2 make-ups are allowed per year and upon availability for classes cancelled with at least 24 hours in advance. Missed classes cannot be carried over to the next session.

  • CLASSROOM REQUIREMENTS

     Students should join their class a couple minutes early to ensure a proper connection. Their and their camera/microphone must be on, and they must be on time, do the remote learning from a quiet room in their house, mute themselves when the teacher is talking and giving instructions and be prepared with the list of materials given and class supplies recommended. Students MUST LOG OFF properly at the end of their session.
