We will attempt to provide servers if you're unable to secure all the personnel you need. Should you require our help with this, please let us know the number of servers you'll need and we'll do what we can.
TABLE SPACE: Each space at the Festival includes one 8-foot table and 2 chairs. If you're bringing your own canopy, the maximum size that will fit is 10'x10'.

ID AT ENTRY: All personnel must show valid photo ID at check-in. All staff must be 21 or older, no exceptions.
SERVER TRAINING: All servers must attend the brief training class at the park prior to serving. No exceptions.
ADDITIONAL PASSES: To accommodate brewers' families and friends, additional General Admission tickets can be purchased for a discounted price of $25 each at the Brewer/Vendor check-in (cash only).
LODGING: Sun Sounds will provide one hotel room per participating company for staff traveling to Tucson. Additional rooms are available; please contact us so we can get you the low rate we've negotiated with our host hotel.

BREWER PARTY: Once we confirm the information on this form with you, you'll receive an invitation to our Brewer Appreciation Party on Friday evening, September 27th.
SETUP: Table setup is from noon to 4pm on Saturday, September 28th. The field will be locked down at 4pm; please be sure to have your setup complete by then.

In the event of an infraction of State alcohol laws resulting in a fine, I acknowledge that my company/employer will be liable for the fine and will be expected to pay the amount of the fine to Sun Sounds Of Arizona in a timely manner.
