The Consultation Session
Before Personal Training, you will complete a free 20-minute Consultation Session with our Healthy Living Department.
During the 20-minute session, we will:
Discuss your exercise and personal training goals
Review some important information for your safety, including what is available at your branch and what to bring to your first session
Complete a brief questionnaire related to your health history
Discuss scheduling, availability and possible trainer matches
We will then pair you with one of our Trainers for ongoing training sessions that work with your personal schedule and availability.
Our Healthy Living Department will contact you at the information you provided on this form.
