Liability waiver - Attendee hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coastal Maine Properties, Inc., HigginsBeachMaine.com, Getting Paid, Inc., Scott & Sunny Townsend Team its and their principals, agents, attorneys, insurers, employees, servants, representatives, successors, yoga instructors and assigns of any or all of them, from and against any loss, claim, damage, demand, suit, or judgment or liabilities that they may incur and expenses to which they may be put, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from any claim for injury or death to persons, or damage to property, or any claim on account thereof resulting from participating in yoga classes by Attendees, their guests or invitees, or from breach of this agreement.
Photo release - Attendee hereby grant Coastal Maine Properties, Inc., HigginsBeachMaine.com, Getting Paid, Inc., and Scott & Sunny Townsend Team permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.
