Fayetteville First UMC Children/Youth Volunteer Application
We are excited you are interested in volunteering with the children and/or youth of our church. For your protection and to protect the children/youth entrusted to our care the church requires that both volunteers and paid employees complete a screening process. A volunteer application and the child abuse prevention policy acknowledgement form must be completed and kept on file at the church. This process is a portion of the Safe Sanctuary Policy that has been implemented to protect the children and the workers. A background check will be conducted by the church. Fill it out and return a signed printed copy to the church office.
