    FESTI-FALL 2021 BOUTIQUE VENDOR APPLICATION
  • Thank you for your interest in The Community Marketplace at Healing Green Farms!  Please review these guidelines carefully:

    This application is for vendors that sell items in several product categories, or in a category not listed on the Single Category Vendor Application. If you sell items in a single category, please use the general vendor application found here: Single Category Vendor Application

    • The Community Marketplace does not guarantee that each vendor will be the exclusive provider of a specific product. We do make every effort to limit duplication while also providing the greatest possible variety for our customers. 
    • Market hours are 11am-4pm.  Set up time begins at 9:30am (please do not arrive prior to 9:30). However, set-up times may be staggered when we have a large amount of vendors scheduled for an event. Please pay close attention to the email you receive from management the evening before the event.
    • Vendors may not begin packing up until 4:00.
    • 10' outdoor spaces are $40 + 3% transaction fee. 6' spaces under our shelter are $50 + 3% transaction fee.
    • The physical address is 2728 NC-42, Willow Springs, NC 27592.
    • Detailed instructions and maps are emailed on Friday evenings before each event.
    • You may select as many dates as you like. Please be advised vendor fees are non-refundable.  Your fees may be transferrable to another vendor with prior approval from the Marketplace Manager.
    • If you are a no-call/no-show at an event, any future events you have reserved will be offered to other vendors and your fees refunded.
    • If an event is cancelled by management, we will do our best to accommodate a transfer to a future date in the same event season. However, we can make no guarantees as to the availability of space at future market events.
    • Outdoor vendors must provide their own tents with stakes and/or weights to prevent wind damage.
    • All vendors must provides tables, chairs, etc.
    • Vendors upgrading to a shelter space may also bring extension cords for access to electricity for display/product purposes only. Electric heaters are not permitted.
    • You may bring a small propane heater, provided you ALSO bring a fire extinguisher to have on hand. You will be asked to return your heater to your vehicle if you do not have an extinguisher.

  • Thank you for your interest in The Community Marketplace. We will review your application and email you within 3 business days with a confirmation of space availability.  Upon approval, we will send you an invoice for the dates/upgrades that are available to you.  Booth rent will be due within 24 hours.  Spaces unpaid after 24 hours will be made available to other vendors.
