1. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS. Joy reservers and bogus buyers will be posted in our account. Please be 100% sure when you submit an order form.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION will be sent to your email. Please contact us if otherwise.

3. DATE OF PAYMENT.

4. BE MINDFUL OF DEADLINES. Pay your balances on or before the cut-off date. NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS.

5. PROOF OF PAYMENT should be submitted whenever a payment has been settled. We will provide a payment form. NO PAYMENT FORM MEANS NO PAYMENT MADE.

6. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR OWN ORDER. We regularly update our masterlist so, kindly check it from time to time. The link is posted in our Twitter bio.

7. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPMENT. Rest assured we will pack your items securely before shipment.

8. PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE. We do not know the exact date of when goods will arrive in our KR and PH addresses as we can only estimate it for you. Pre-ordered items can be delayed due to unforeseen events but rest assured that your items will arrive to you safe and sound.
