This consultation is how we get to know you. Your hair goals, your challenges, and if we're the right fit for each other. There's no judgment here and no assumptions, just an honest conversation about your hair.

Maybe you've thought about extensions before and talked yourself out of it. Maybe you're not sure if your hair is even a good candidate. Maybe you just want to understand what you're getting into before you commit to anything.

That's exactly what this consultation is for.

Here's what we want you to understand before you go any further:

Hair extensions when done properly, can move like your real hair, hold a style, and blend so naturally that the only people who know you're wearing them are you and us. When they're not done right, you'll know. We've had clients come to us after experiences elsewhere, and the difference in approach is significant. This is why the consultation matters.

Every install is done with high quality custom colored extensions to match your hair exactly, expertly installed for comfort and scalp health, then cut and blended so it looks like it grew out of your head. This is the part most people don't realize is included and it's what makes the biggest difference between extensions that are obvious and extensions that are seamless and undetectable. You'll also receive a personalized home care kit with our daily care guide and wash day guide, and you'll have access to ongoing 1:1 support between appointments from our team.

Your investment covers it all. No surprises on install day.

Extension Lengths range from:

14" - rests about 4-5 fingers below collar bone

18" - rests just below your bust

22" - rests just above your waist

Women who want to add natural fullness and volume with minimal length change can wear 1 row of hair extensions.

Women who want to add significant length and add fullness will need 2 rows of hair extensions.

Reserve your install date with a non-refundable Reservation Investment is required — the amount is confirmed at your consultation and goes toward your install total.

We accept Cash, Card, AfterPay, and Cherry (Buy Now, Pay Later),  because we want the investment to work for your real life, not just your best-case scenario.

Installment/Payment Plans:

As a client of mine at Fresh Hair Studio you have the option to use Cash, Card, AfterPay or Cherry for your install and maintenance appointments. If you'd like to make installments for your services, AfterPay and Cherry are both a Buy Now Pay Later option that is available. Both do a soft credit check, so it doesn't affect or change yours.

•  If you've never used AfterPay or Cherry, you'll need to visit their website and sign up or apply. Both take less than 45 seconds to complete, by applying on their websites is required for approval
• AfterPay offers 4 equal installments over 8 weeks (0% interest, $2000 max usage)
• Cherry offers 0% interest on installments of 3, 6 or 12ms depending on approval - I recommend 3 months
• AfterPay and Cherry have a 3% convenience fee for installments added to your total.

How long should these extensions last?

The average amount of time a client can wear their extensions before replacing them is about 12 months. It is entirely up to each individual to care for their extensions after your initial install. If they are cared for properly they're likely to last upto 12 months or longer. Poor home care will result in needing to replace your extensions more frequently.

Let's talk about your hair color.

We typically choose between 2-4 shades of extension hair that mirror your tones, dimension, and depth. It's why clients who sit in our chair can't tell where their hair ends and the extensions begin. Before color matching with the extensions, we begin with your natural color and want to learn what you've done to it. That way we plan your extensions and any color work that goes along with them.

There's no wrong answer here. Whether you're fully natural, covering grays, mid-balayage, or somewhere in between, these questions just help us understand your starting point so we can build the right plan for you.

The last thing we need is a look at your hair, no salon visit required.

These photos help us understand your current length, density, and texture so we can tell you honestly whether our hair extension method is a great fit and give you a price range before you ever come in.

Here's how to get a great photo:

- Current hair only. No old photos or filtered photos.
- Natural lighting works best, no flash
- Take photos of the front, back, and side (side is optional but can be really helpful)

Have someone else take them if you can, or use your timer and step back so all of your hair is in the frame.

Don't want to show your face, thats totally okay. Use an emoji to cover up, crop it, or do whatever makes you feel comfortable.
