What is the process?

Our custom unit process from start to finish is approximately 3 weeks. We have outlined each step of the process and the time frames below. Although we have a standard processing time, delays may happen extend the processing time.

Terms and Conditions* This field is required. Due to the nature of wig custom order, all sales are FINAL. If there is a discrepancy with your order, the customer has 48 hours to notify Snooty Girl. We will then work with the customer to ensure that the customer is satisfied with their order! CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:It is the responsibility of the client to read all information provided. Snooty Girl will not be responsible information the client has neglected to read. It is the responsibility of the potential client to ask all questions prior to making their purchase and/or booking a consultation if needed. It is the responsibility of the client to enter all information correctly at the time of purchase.

Guidelines for providing your own hair * This field is required.You may ship or drop off your bundles and lace pieces for construction. We ask that you follow these guidelines to avoid any delays and additional fees: We will only accept new, never used closures and frontals. We prefer new, never used bundles. If you are using previously installed hair it must be free of all debris and thread. If you are unsure on how to throughly cleanse your bundle please visit our ig or youtube channel. Low quality or synthetic hair will be accepted. Wig Measurements

Your head measurements are extremely important for a custom fit. I will guide you on how to get accurate head measurements. If you are measuring yourself, please make sure your hair is braided down, or down flat in a ponytail. If you have hair extensions curretly i recommend waiting until you remove them to get your measurements. If you are not comfortable taking your own measurements recruit a friend or schedule a fitting at our pearland salon.
