All or part of this video or photos may be used by Filmed It for promotional purposes such as showing your video of photo for demo purposes or online display.*

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of total to be paid at the time this contract is signed. The deposit will be subtracted from the balance. The remaining balance is to be paid at least 1 day before the day of the event. Filmed It can refuse to start filming or photographing until the full balance is paid in full. In the instance of no payment made Filmed It will not start the process of filming or editing the film until full payment is made.
RESCHEDULING EVENT OR EVENT CANCELATION

Rescheduled weddings will only be accommodated if the new date does not conflict with another booked wedding.

Canceling your event will terminate our duty to cover your event. The deposit is not refunded. If you need to cancel for any reason please notify us as soon as possible, if canceling after signing this contract and 7 days have passed, the retainer is not refunded and are to pay a $100 cancelation fee. If canceling 30 days before your event you are to pay 50% of the accorded price. If canceling 15 days before the event you are to pay 100% of the accorded price. You may cancel 7 days after signing this agreement in accordance with Washington State Law and all payments will be refunded.
COVERAGE TIME

Our coverage time starts to run at the time we arrive at the first location agreed upon. Please schedule everything accordingly so that we may cover everything you intend we cover before our coverage time is over. No exceptions will be made. Once our coverage time is over we will dismiss ourselves from the event, we may or not notify you depending on if we find that you are busy or not. You may purchase adittional hours(contact for hourly pricing)
Travel Fee

A travel fee will be charged to the total amount when traveling out of the Yakima area. Traveling fees are listed below. Travel times will be rounded to the nearest hour.

AERIAL DRONE COVERAGE (video only)

Aerial drone coverage of your event is a complementary service. This means you do not get charged extra if we capture footage using our drones, but this also means that there is no gurantee that we will fly our drone to capture footage of your event. This could be due to many reasons, such as, but not limited to bad weather, time available, flight restriction zones ect.
FRIENDS AND FAMILY OPERATING CAMERAS

Filmed It will be the exclusive professional videographer. Friends and family are permitted to operate video/photo cameras on the condition that they do not interfere with or get in the way of the professional coverage. If hiring another professional videographer/photographer in conjunction with Filmed It please specify what Filmed It is responsible for covering to avoid conflict. Filmed It will try to capture every precious moment of your event, but will not and cannot guarantee that a specific person, image or moment will be captured.
EVENT DAY COVERAGE

It is the client's responsibility to secure access to areas for videography/photography. Filmed It will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions.

Creative aspects such as shooting and editing style (Music, transitions, overlays, etc) are at the discretion of Filmed It.

(VIDEO)For a better video outcome Filmed It suggests a videography session similar to a photography session if time is allowed. We will record B Roll, interviews with the bride/Groom or Quincenera, and more.
UNFORTUNATE EVENTS

Filmed It, LLC cannot be held responsible for videos not taken or missed, lack of coverage caused by, but not limited to, weather, scheduling complications, anyone in or at the event, or by location restrictions. Filmed It will try to capture every precious moment of your event, but will not and cannot guarantee that a specific person, image or moment will be captured and will not be held liable for missed shots. The videographer is not responsible for the lost video opportunities due to other cameras or flashes, the lateness of any party or other principles, rules and restrictions of venue. It is acknowledged that any lists submitted to Filmed It, LLC will be used for organizational purposes and in no way represents videography that will be produced. Filmed It, LLC will do its best to fulfill all requests but can make no guarantees all videos will be captured or delivered. Clients are responsible for all locations fees and permits.

Filmed It will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics/lighting, interference from guests, etc.

In the event where all or some footage is lost, (Lost or damaged SD card, Stolen Camera) a partial 25% refund will be given and the footage that is still available will be used.

Filmed It reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or ill health. In this event all monies paid will be refunded in full.

Any liability on the part of Filmed It will be limited to the amount of monies paid.
Limitation of Liability Regarding Footage and Client Satisfaction:

Filmed It LLC shall exercise reasonable professional care and diligence in capturing and delivering video footage. However, Client acknowledges that video production involves inherent uncertainties, including but not limited to unforeseen technical issues, environmental conditions, and client-driven circumstances. Therefore, Filmed It LLC shall not be held liable for claims, damages, or losses arising from missing or lost footage, missed moments, or dissatisfaction with the final video product that result from circumstances outside of its direct, commercially reasonable control or that do not arise from gross negligence or willful misconduct. This limitation of liability includes, but is not limited to, equipment malfunctions despite reasonable maintenance, acts of God, and changes in client requests that impact captured footage. In any event, the total liability of Filmed It LLC under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client to Filmed It LLC for the services provided herein. Client acknowledges and agrees to this limitation of liability as a condition of engaging Filmed It LLC’s services
Meal Provided

Filmed It will take a 30 minute lunch or Dinner break during the day of the event. Food can be provided from the event. If food is not provided from the event a meal fee will be charge for $25 per videographer. A designated table must be set aside for filmed it videographers.

AGRESSION TOWARDS CAMERA MAN

We will not tolerate any type of aggression towards any camera man by either a guest, someone coordinating the event, other vendor, or participating persons. If any insult such as verbal or physical happens we will dismiss ourselves from the event if no action is taken to stop such actions. This will not affect in any manner the price of the signed agreement. The full amount will still need to be paid to Filmed It
TIME TO PROCESS YOUR EVENT

Once we film your event we will take the footage and edit, this process may up to 4-12 weeks depending on the season. You may call us anytime if you would like to request certain custom modifications that you may want in your video or to provide us with information to add to your video such as names or music.
MUSIC (video only)

You are able to choose the music for your video, but any usage of copyrighted music will not be uploaded online for public display for any reason unless you have aquired the rights of use.

Please note that the music in the highlight of the day used must be copyright free. We can provide you with sites where we can obtain music for legal use. If you do not let us know of the music you want in your video we will choose it for you. Once your video has been delivered and you decide to change the music a $100 fee will be charged to change the music if not notified within 7 days of receiving the final product.
WARRANTY

Filmed It does not guarantee a certain pose or image to be captured. Please note that we are doing live coverage and unexpected instances may happen this include but are not limited to bad ambient light, accidental fall by videographer, accidental bump on camera by guests,overheating of camera in hot weather ect.

Your product will look based on our style of editing and filming. By signing this contract you agree that your video will have the look and feel of our style of work. (VIDEO) We do not provide you with raw footage or all the footage of your event unless you purchase it for $250. You will receive the amount of time in your video depending on your chosen package. (VIDEO) Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform Filmed It of any technical or other problems with the video within 7 days. After 7 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product. The cloud download and online digital gallery will be left avaible for 30 days after the work is given to the client. After 30 days, the cloud files will not be availble for download. The client must arrange longer access and a fee may be applied.

Copyright will be owned by Filmed It unless RAW footage or Custom USB is purchased or included in the selected packages.
COPYRIGHT INFORMATION

I understand that images made by Filmed It are copyrighted under U.S. laws and must order additional copies from Filmed It. I Understand that it is unlawful for me to copy their images in any form or have copies of their images made elsewhere. Photos can be printed from a 3 party.

By submiting this agreement you are agreeing with Filmed It Terms and Conditions. Please note you are responsible for all payments due. Late payments or non-payments will result in no coverage or work in return. If you agree to these terms please sign below.
