    Take advantage of three (3) exciting sponsorship opportunities to spotlight your brand during the opening night of the MGA Conference on July 27:

    1. NEW! Live Appetizer Sampling – Feature your product during the Opening Reception with a live tasting experience.

    2. Product Showcase Room (Swag Bag) – Requires a minimum of 192 individual items.

    3. Traditional Raffle Prize – Contribute an item to our always-popular raffle drawing.

    Complete and submit the request form below to participate in any of these opportunities.


    Submission Deadline: Friday, June 27

  • 1. Appetizer sampling during Sunday's Opening Reception.

    The MGA will provide company signage. Product sampling is the company's responsibility.

  • 2. Product Showcase Items (Swag Bags)

    Showcase your company and products. This Product Showcase should include small non-perishable sample products. This is an excellent way to get your company's name and product in front of key Minnesota retailers!

    We are requesting 192 items - (16 cases of 12)

    Donations to be brought to Madden’s Resort no later than 3:00 pm on Sunday, July 27, or to the MGA office by noon on Friday, July 18.

  • 3. Raffle Item Donation

    We are asking for raffle donations with a $50 minimum value. Examples of prizes include electronics, gift cards, sports tickets, gift baskets, golf items, etc. Your company will receive additional recognition for the gift donations.

    Donations to be brought to Madden’s Resort no later than 3:00 pm on Sunday, July 27, or to the MGA office by noon on Friday, July 18.
