Basketball Court Rental Agreement

• Please refer to website and posted sign within the center for current regulations 
• Rentals up to 10 players and arrive no earlier than 10 minutes
• Wait in waiting area, clean off bottom of shoes, lace up and we will be right with you
• Basketball and equipment provided 
• No outside shoes allowed in center 
• No plastic water bottles (i.e. deer park) 
• Payments due 72 hours in advance, credit card payments, venmo, cash app, paypal accepted.
• No refunds unless training center doesnt honor hours
• Court time is 80 minutes. Additional time will be pro-rated (Per 15 minutes/$10 dollars) based on availability
• Parents, guardians etc. are not allowed in center due to limited space for viewing. Scan QR code to connect to zoom to view sessions
• No foul language, drugs, alcohol and any other unlwaful acts 
• Follow MoCo mask and Covid guidelines, if applicable
• Waivers signed prior to participation 
• Failure to comply will result in removal and indefinite suspension 

If you scheedule mulitple rentals, they will be valid for 3 months from date of purchase. Available Dates:

Sundays

3:30pm - 7pm 

Mondays

7:30pm - 9pm

Fridays

4pm - 6:30pm

Saturdays

2pm - 4pm

We will confirm if the selected time frame is available and refunds provided if no times meet your needs. Refunds processing time 24 hours.
