Policy
Each registered student may bring a friend. If you are planning to bring a friend on August 12, check the box below and friend may send $10 later. Friend must not be taking lessons from me already.
I understand that no refunds will be given after July 15th, 2026. No exceptions.
Some activities are done in the field across our street.
If not a current student, exact address will be sent once payment and registration has been received.
Students who are causing a disturbance will be sent home without a refund.

I understand that registration is not complete without payment. E-transfers can be sent to sugnesmusicstudio@gmail.com — if bringing a friend, that friend can pay at a later date.
I, the parent of the above mentioned students, by signing the form, give Sugne's Music Studio permission to teach my child(ren) and understand that by sending my child(ren) to the "Piano Summer Camp" am assuming all risks upon myself and my children and do not hold Sugne’s Music Studio Responsible.
