• Fitness Freak - Linda Durbesson

    A social media personality, an entrepreneur, and fitness trainer Linda Durbesson was born in Carpentras, France on December 20, 1979. When she appeared on cover pages of several fitness magazines, she got instant popularity.

    Early Life and Education:-

    Her father is a martial artist and her mother is a nurse who raised their only child Linda in southern French commune Carpentras. At a very early age, she got her interest in sports, and till she was five she was already accustomed to modern jazz and ballet. At the age of 7, she started riding her mountain bike and also played soccer and tennis.

    In high school, she tried her hand at a lot of activities like acting and sports. She was also interested in travel due to geography. Post-school she got her Bachelor’s degree from a college in 2001.

     

    Aware of fitness:-

    Wishing to lose her weight and joining a gym she soon became passionate about fitness and spent most of her time in the gym. Wishing to stay with her boyfriend she shifted to Florida, the USA where they started living together. However, it was not a long relationship and they soon broke up which forced Linda Durbesson to live alone in Florida. Her habit of exercise made her survive with no friends and poor English.

    Twist in Career:-

    Soon she joined the college and did her Master’s degree in personal training in 2014. In the next two years, she became a fitness model and appeared on a lot of fitness magazine cover pages. She is also active on social media and periodically uploads her pictures on her Instagram account. She launched her fitness app LDFITapp and uses her social accounts to promote the app.

    On YouTube, she launched her channel in March 2008 which has over 55000 subscribers and 5.3 million views till now. Her two most seen videos are “Linda Durbesson – Try This And Get A Tone Bubble Butt” which received 900000 times views and “Trying New Things! Workout Everywhere #1 – LDFIT” which has over 860000 times views.

    Workout Routine:-

    Linda Durbesson trains five to six times a week, two to three times on her legs, and three times on her upper body and she does it on alternate days. She has a planned diet and eats five times a day. The food includes proteins, carbohydrates, fruits, and vegetables. Once a week she skips her diet plan and eats her favorite food.

    Personal Life and Relationship:-

    She had several secret relationships but none lasted long. She loves to exercise and currently she is concentrating more on that.
