1. There is a $25 deposit for all hair appointments. No deposit = No appointment
2. A $50 fee (not deposit) will be added to all 6 am appointments.
3. In the event you schedule an appointment and need to cancel in less than 24 hours your deposit turns into a cancellation fee. If I have to cancel/reschedule your appointment for any reason I will refund your deposit without hesitation
4. I am notified the minute you book an appointment. Please leave contact information. After receiving the notification, I will then send you an invoice/text to pay for the deposit. If you choose not to pay the deposit your appointment will then be canceled. NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT.
5. There are absolutely no extra people allowed!
6. My time is valuable and so is yours. There is a $15 late fee for appointments if you are 20 minutes late. If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be canceled or altered. For example, if you booked for medium knotless your style will change to accommodate the time frame you booked for. This is up to the stylist.
7. NO CALL NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF DEPOSIT AND FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
8. I have the right to refuse any service
9. Acceptable forms of payment include: CASH APP, ZELLE, and CASH
10. DEPOSITS can be paid via Apple Pay/Cash App/Zelle
11. Please make sure your hair is at least 4 inches long all around
12. Booking an appointment means you agree and accept these terms
13. Children must be salon ready. Child should be able to sit through shampoo, blow dry, and style without crying and moving.
14. There are appointments available outside of regular business hours for an additional $50. You must text 7739834261 to book an appointment outside regular business hours.
15. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS
16. I may take pictures, edit them, and post them signing this form gives me consent to do so. Please be aware and understand this.
